SCPTSA Reflections Art Show
We are proud to share that 10 talented Lafayette students will have their artwork featured at this year’s SCPTSA Reflections Art Show! 🎨
These students advanced to the Seattle Council level after participating in the Reflections program at Lafayette, and their creative work reflects this year’s powerful theme, “I Belong.” Their artwork represents not only their individual talent, but also the creativity, courage, and voice of our Lafayette community.
We hope families, friends, and supporters will join us in celebrating their achievements and all the student artists across Seattle Public Schools.

Preparations for the 2026 Lafayette Auction are underway, but we need your help!
The annual auction and gala is Lafayette's largest fundraiser of the year. In order to make our auction a success, we are seeking unique and interesting items to auction off both in our online silent auction and our live event.
In previous years we've received contributions of:
gift cards
private dining experiences
vacation homes
season tickets
museum memberships
sports memorabilia, and more.
We are in particular need of unique items for our live auction during our gala, "Leopards Through the Looking Glass," which will be held on April 25th, 2026 at the Brockey Center.
Last year's auction raised over $134,000 for Lafayette thanks to the generosity of so many Lafayette parents, staff, and community supporters.
If you have an item or experience you would like to donate to our event, please complete the Donate An Item form on our website or email the auction co-chairs.
The event proceeds will help our PTA provide financial support for programs like tutoring, student enrichment, garden science, field trips, and extra funding for classrooms as well as art, music, and library programs.

LIVE AUCTION: Leopards Through the Looking Glass
2026 Lafayette Auction: Leopards Through the Looking Glass.
Fall down the rabbit hole with us as we enjoy an evening of good food, good drinks, and even better company. This annual gala is an opportunity to celebrate our Lafayette Elementary families and community members while furthering our support for the Lafayette PTA's mission to support the school's academic success and enrich the student experience while building a strong community.
Buy Your Live Auction Tickets Today!
This year's event will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the Brockey Center on the South Seattle College campus. When you attend the live event, you'll be able to experience the excitement of our live auction, bid on charming Class Art created and donated by each classroom, and dance the night away with fellow Lafayette supporters.
In the week leading up to our live event, supporters will have the opportunity to bid on a collection of fun items in our online silent auction. Silent Auction Bidding is open April 18th at 5pm until April 25th at 3pm.
We are currently seeking unique and interesting items to auction off both in our online silent auction and our live event. In previous years we've received contributions like gift cards, private dining experiences, vacation homes, theater tickets, museum memberships, sports memorabilia, and more. All donations are tax deductible and will help our PTA provide funds for vital components of the school and help ensure the school is equitable for all students.
Explore our sponsorship levels and help support our event.
Are you a business owner or individual who would like to sponsor our event? Sponsorships provide crucial financial support that directly contributes to the success of our auction & gala. Sponsorships help cover the expenses associated with hosting the auction, ensuring that we maximize fundraising potential. Sponsorships also allow your business or family to share their support for Lafayette Elementary and the West Seattle Community.
Volunteer to make our event a success!
We are also seeking volunteers to help make Lafayette's largest fundraiser of the year a roaring success. Whether you have a few hours or a few days to help you, there are volunteer roles for everyone! We are specifically looking for folks to join our Donation Procurement, Decor, and Live Event teams. Fill out our Volunteer Interest Form and we will reach out about our volunteer opportunities.
For questions related to Lafayette's auction, Leopards Through the Looking Glass, please contact our Auction Co-Chairs.
