Help us FILL THE TRUCK!!

One of our goals as your Lafayette PTA is making sure we're offering resource to all families, especially in times of need. 

Many of us (more than you might imagine) are impacted by the limitations and delays in SNAP benefits. So, in an effort to keep food in bellies both at our school and around West Seattle, we've organized a "Fill the Truck" Food Drive. 

Our goal: fill the West Seattle Food Bank van with non-perishable foods. To the brim!

How you can help: There will be a collection box in the front hallway starting Thursday, Nov. 6th where students can bring in non perishable goods to donate.

When: Saturday, November 15th, 9am - 12pm. (Look for the van parked in front of the school.)

Spread the word! Let your friends and neighbors know that we're on a mission to STUFF this truck. We'd love for kiddos to get involved, too! Let's meet up as a community on Saturday the 15th and show up for all those in need this winter.
