“Back to School” Will Be Here Before We Know It!
We’re putting together next year’s Back to School Team, and we’d love your help creating a warm welcome for Lafayette families, especially our incoming kindergarteners! The team helps organize:
4th of July Kid’s Parade Lafayette Booth (July 4th)
Admiral Block Party Lafayette Booth (August 22nd)
New Student Summer Playdates at school (2–3 events, TBD)
Meet the Teachers Social on the playground (August 31st, 4:00-5:00pm)
Kindergarten Tears & Cheers on the first day of school (September 8, 8:00-9:00am)
Incoming Kindergarten Tours for 2026–27 families (1–2 tours, Winter 2027)
This is a fun, low-commitment volunteer opportunity, and we’d especially love to have current kinder families join since the experience is still fresh for you!
