Food and Community Resources Available

As the government shutdown continues, some families across Seattle may be experiencing food insecurity or resource challenges. We want our Lafayette community to know that support is available.

If your family ever needs assistance, please reach out to your child’s teacher or our school counselor, Ms. Blume (deblume@seattleschools.org). Both are wonderful resources who can help connect families with support.

You can also explore FindHelp.org to locate local food, clothing, and housing resources by simply entering your zip code.

The West Seattle Food Bank continues to do incredible work providing food and community support throughout our neighborhood.
